1. SCHOOL GOAL:
As an organization that desires to be a training ground for dynamic leaders and laborers for evangelism, our focus is to empower participants with the wisdom and fire necessary to spread the kingdom of God influence in their various organizations.

 

2. CIBS KEY FOCUS POINTS:

    Bible based and practical oriented with emphasis on evangelism.

    Hands-on training and a steady flow of guest speakers from around the world.

3. TRAINING TARGET:
Passionate believers and ministers of gospel showcasing excellent character and Holy Spirit power in spreading the gospel of Christ.

 

4. TRAINING PURPOSE:
To equip believers, leaders and ministers for ministry. Participants, at the end of the study, should be able to apply acquired knowledge and gained

wisdom in building mighty organizations that will glorify God.

 

5. COURSE ARRANGEMENTS:
Our modules are flexibly arranged to allow students to freely attend and to combine attendance with their study, work or duty at church.

 

6. CIBS ACCREDITATION PROCESS:
a) Minimum qualification is either:

    Advanced  level (A level) certificate or similar education qualification or equivalent in job experience.

b) Student workload and units of learning:

    Compulsory participation in Kick off week (On boarding program.)
    Each course carries 5 units (and 12 courses result in 60 units per course year.)
    A unit is equivalent to  thirty hours week (5units = 5 weeks = 150 hours.)
    Successful academic year requires 1800 study hours from our students (plus 32 extra hours from 2 on-boarding and 2 end boarding weeks)    

    making it 1832 hours.

 

c) Learning outcomes:
    Students are expected to learn both theory and practical of 5 fold ministry.

    Graduates would be able to serve as Church planters, leaders and missionaries.
    Graduates can also serve as corporate staff and leaders.

d) Certificates:

    3 Year CIBS "Associate Degree" in Theology (only CIBS) – minimum of 190 credits ECTS.
    3 Year "Bachelor Degree" in Theology and Management (with Partners Universities) – minimum of 220 credits ECTS.

1. Preparatory classes. Free
    Target: For every church worker and aspiring leader desiring to support their church administration, management and growth.

•     Basics of Christianity: Teaching new believers and seekers elementary principles (foundation) of Christianity.

•     Mission Class: Teaching fundamental Christian principles that will help you to build a firm faith foundation in your relationship and service to the Lord.

2. Empowerment Classes. Fee

•     Excellence in life and Ministry

•     Kingdom of God on earth

3. Bachelor degree in Theology. Fee

​

• 1st year: Transformation Class (Catch the Fire.) Fee

Target: For every passionate believer and minister wanting to catch the fire to spread kingdom influence on earth.

Recommended for every church member.

• 2nd year: Leadership Class (Fan the fire.) Fee

Target: For every church worker and aspiring leader desiring to support their church leadership and see their church grow in quality and quantity.

This class will prepare you to be a conscious, consistent and effective leader and laborer (soul harvester.) Recommended for every church worker/leader.

• 3rd Year: Ministers Class (Spread the fire.) Fee

Target: For  leaders entering 5 Fold Ministries in order to prepare the body of Christ for perfection and spread the fire of gospel in their nation and all over the world. This class is specially recommended for those entering 5 Fold ministries.
